DO NOT USE. We placed an order on the 14th August and when we got delivery they sent the wrong size board so arranged to change. The replacement was also incorrect and so another replacement was ordered. I have been given three dates for this last replacement and waited in all day each day and they have still not turned up despite being reassured that the boards were on a lorry every time out for delivery. My carpenter has turned up now on more than one occasion with no boards to fit. When you speak to someone you don't even get offered an explanation or apology. I have asked for a refund which Tony said he will process so we will see if that happens as not a lot else has. Now going to order elsewhere.
